Tea, an overpass. Some stories., on display Chácara Lane, Unit of the Museum of the City of São Paulo, institution linked to the Secretariat of the Municipal Secretariat of Culture, is a reflection of extensive research by curator and art historian Ana Paula Nascimento and celebrates 130 years of this landmark of urbanism.

Tea, a viaduct required an iconographic selection from sketches, Photo, Postal cards, collection of testimonials, video, works of art and installation records. Altogether, more than 45 pieces belonging to the collection of the Museum of the City of São Paulo and other memory institutions, among them the libraries of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU) and the Polytechnic School (EP) from the University of São Paulo, in addition to the Moreira Salles Institute (IMS) and the Municipal Historical Archive of São Paulo.

Among the works are drawings by Paulo von Poser, the reproduction of a perspective by Flávio de Carvalho for the 1934, as well as those of Elisário Bahiana and Rino Levi, and viaduct shots made by big names in Brazilian photography, as Marc Ferrez, Benedito Junqueira Duarte, Marcel Gautherot, Alice Brill is Juca Martins.

Paul von poser, artist in love with the city of São Paulo,
especially in the historic center, together with Carla Caffe, proposed a collective design of Viaduto do Chá
specially made for the exhibition by the students of the discipline he teaches at Escola da Cidade.
