In the year 1989, during the Seminar “The Image of São Paulo”, of the Urban Landscape Protection Commission (CPPU), Paulo von Poser em conjunto dos alunos da Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), performed an intervention in some monuments in São Paulo, among them the Monument to the Flags, one of the symbols of the city of São Paulo.
